Una volta passate le feste natalizie, le scorpacciate di dolci e gli eccessi familiari la vita continua. • Il 1 consiglio in vasetto è quello di assumere ogni giorno probiotici, preferibilmente un vasetto che favoriscono l'equilibrio della flora intestinale!

• Il 2 invece consiglia di assumere molta acqua, almeno 2 litri al giorno; l'acqua infatti favorisce i processi digestivi, è fonte di sali minerali e svolge un ruolo importante nel diluire le sostanze ingerite.

Crostatine al farro farcite con composta di arance

Oggi un dolce classico della tradizione italiana, la crostata!

Io le propongo in versione mini, proponendovi delle deliziose crostatine con farina di farro farcite alcune con nutella ed altre con una deliziosa composta di arance realizzata all'attimo!

Per questa ricetta utilizzerò il preparato per crostate o biscotti con farina di farro!
Il composto è pensato per preparare 625 g di biscotti o 10 crostatine/merendine.

Una base facile, veloce e adatta a moltissimi usi.

Il preparato contiene tutti gli ingredienti secchi per realizzare Merendine Crostate e Biscotti base di Frolla. Aggiungere soltanto 1 uovo, 150 gr di burro e la confettura che preferite. 

Ingredienti

- Preparato frolla al farro Cloè

- 150 gr di burro

- 1 uovo

Per la farcitura

- nutella

crema all'arancia

- 2 arance

- 50 gr di zucchero

- scorza di limone e arancia

- succo di mezzo limone

Preparazione

In una planetaria o in una ciotola uniamo il composto Cloè con 150 gr di burro e l'uovo.

Quindi formiamo una bella palla e lo mettiamo a riposare in frigo

Quindi prepariamo la nostra composta di arance veloce; in un pentolino uniamo le arance pelate a vivo e fatte a pezzetti con lo zucchero e la scorza di limone e arance; facciamo sobbollire e aggiungiamo il succo di mezzo limone

Eccola fatta; facciamola raffreddare e poi farciamo le crostatine

Iniziamo a stendere la frolla, imburriamo gli stampini e li rivestiamo con la frolla, bucherellando il fondo

Ora li farciamo, io ho deciso di farle di due gusti, per accontentare un po' tutti; alcune con nutella ed altre con la nostra composta di arancia

Eccole pronte per essere infornate; a 160° per 20 minuti

Una spolverizzata di zucchero a velo e sono pronte per essere mangiate
